Screen Printed Garments
Screen printing can be a very economical way of putting a large design onto a garment such as promotional T.shirts.
It can also be a great way of embellishing your Workwear, School wear, Club or Society clothing.
Choose the garment you want to have printed and send us your design, we can then tell you the best way to print your design.
For spot colour printing you will require a film and screen to be made for each colour that you print, these are charged at £25.00 per set. i.e if you have a 4 colour print you will require 4 films and screens (4 x £25.00 = £100.00).
(This is an initial set-up cost and will not be charged on repeat orders).
If you require full colour, process or an elaborate design printing, please submit your design for a full costing.

Shimmer/Glitter Print.
For shimmer and glitter prints you will also need to have artwork & screens made which in some cases will require a base colour.

Heat Transfer Vinyl Prints.
If you have coats or perhaps waterproof garments that need personalizing, we can offer heat transfer printing. This process prints a high-definition image directly onto the garment. Heat transfer printing will not affect the waterproof qualities of the garment. It is heat resistant and long lasting. The cost of various positions for heat transfers is as follows:
- Front Left or Right Chest Text/Name £1.75+vat (1 colour)
- Front Large Centre Chest £2.75+vat (1 colour)
- Back Large Centre designs £2.75+vat (1 colour)
- Large Individual Name on Back of Garment £2.50+vat (1 colour)
- Back Number and Name £4.50+vat (1 colour)
Heat transferring is the ideal way to customise your Hi Vis garments, your logo can be applied using easy rapid heat- seal application. Logos are lightweight, durable and stretchy. Excellent resistance to both colour show-through and polyester dye-migration. Heat seal parameters: Suitable for applying to cotton, poly-cotton, polyester, Lycra© and nylon.

Direct to Garment-(DTG) Digital Printed T-Shirts
Direct to garment printing gives a superb smooth finish to the print on the Tee Shirt, the print itself is very fine and you can get some really good detail with Digital printing. The down side is that Digital printing can be more expensive than conventional screen printing. Your best bet is to email a design through and ask for personalised Quote.
Direct to Film (DTF) Printing
Direct to film printing is a great way for printing smaller quantities of T-Shirts that have a multi colour design, although it can be more expensive than screen printing if you require a large volume of T-shirts it is a great way of getting a really good finish to the design. The process is, as it says “Direct to Film" your design is printed onto a transfer film and heat applied to the garment you want it to go on. This is great way of producing Printed Custom T-Shirts for you brand or business using most kind of logos
Football Kit Numbering
Excellent quality sports decoration. Easy rapid heat-seal application. Lightweight, durable and stretchy. Excellent resistance to both colour show-through and polyester dye-migration. Heat seal parameters: for applying to sports playing shirts.
Shirt numbers (large back) are generally size: 23cm
These are £2.00 per number +vat
Short numbers are generally size 10cm
These are £1.00 per number +vat
